I recommend it for a casual stay

Food was great, especially the apple pie, and the staff were really friendly.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

No hot water in bathroom sink or bath, electric shower pull cord didn't work. The bedroom glowed annoyingly bright green from emergency lighting, while morning heating issues made it chilly. Limited breakfast options confined strictly to pantry cereals. Noise from the pub spilled into late hours.

We were warmly welcomed by the landlord, who showed us to our spacious room with a lovely shower. The lounge offered some great games and comfy seating for kicking back and relaxing. The only downside was a bit of noise from the pub, but it didn't ruin our stay-definitely try the breakfast if you can! 😊
